Default Someone can't sign in

Just got an email from someone (through my website) who can't seem to sign in here.

Says he gets a "Bad request" message

The beginning of his email is "raalpatt@" - don't know if he's already a member, or trying to sign up...
Any ideas anyone?

Browsed the account. Can't see anything wrong with it.

Suggest a cookie deletion and retry.

Users sign in is "bobamylaura"

Can anyone remember the specific cookies to delete?

Didn't there used to be a "delete cookies" button?
