There are some real tasty cars in there. If im not mistaken
there was a Porchse a DB5 maybe 7 and a bunch of other
really really nice italian jobs if im not mistaken

property surveys dont include interiors of non-habitable buildings. it would've been measured and mentioned as 'large covered storage area, currently sealed' or something similar.

what a find!! lucky little bugger!
