Default S6 alternative

Hi,

Does a Coupe Quattro handle as well as a Ur-Quattro? I'm thinking of running a Coupe Quattro as a daily driver. I love the way a well set up Ur Quattro handles - I asume a Coupe Quattro handles identically, but i don't know, having only ever driven Ur Quattros. Prefer Coupe Quattro as a daily driver as it would attract less attention. Or would it be simpler to take a regular Quattro and fit non-flared arches?

Thanks

Hmmmmmm I owned a cq before I sold it for another urq, good cars but IMHO not the same handling as both have plus and minus points. Why do you want a cq in preference to an urq?

Very few differences tbh.
UR has heavier front end due to additional engine components but offers slightly better suspension setup and ride height.
CQ is lighter but raised and softer suspension. TBH a healthy well setup CQ with good firmer suspension would prob give a UR a fair match and from a daily perspective the reliability and simplicity of a CQ over a UR is hands down win.

Fair points, but a Coupe quattro feels dim-witted at high speeds - which is when the quattro comes alive. I have not driven a Coupe quattro that has the feedback and directness of a quattro, not even ones with well modified suspension.
