Default Audi A6 2.7 Bi turbo MRC remapped

I am just testing the water here to see if there is any demand for my car, I am still wondering if I should just keep this car as after all the cars I have driven this is by far the best family/toy.

The car is standard, however mine has almost all the available optional extras, solar sunroof, tiptronic gearbox with buttons on steering wheel, heated electric leather seats, Bose stereo upgrade including hidden subwoofer and cd changer, electric windows, electric heated mirrors, auto dimming mirrors, all 3 that is, dual zone climate control, integrated dog guard netting in rear seat, cruise control, rear parking sensors, etc.

Since owning the car I have replaced 1 external mirror glass(£170), had the gearbox serviced, and while at MRC had Doug do a spark plug change and 710n diverter change(both), and upgrade the panel filter to a ITG one, also while it was there he suggested a pollen filter change so this was done also, then it was remapped to 300bhp.

The car now drives superbly, quiet but brutal.

Whilst the car was there Doug did a health check and the car came back all clear.

MOT is till May 21st 2010

Had cambelt, water pump etc change at 70000 Doug checked all this as the mileage is now 122500 and all is good and quiet.

There are a few marks around the bodywork, but I had a Audi resprayer price up what is would need to look like new and he quoted me £700 and apparently after that is would look better then it did when it came from Audi. I would get these bits done but I am in 2 minds whether I should keep it or not as I am not using the car enough to keep it on the driveway.

If I was to keep the car I would get all the bodywork done, fit new better brakes , Audi s6 wheels or RS6 ones, tint the rear windows slightly, fit new sport springs all round, fit noticeable twin pipes(mine are almost hidden) and gut the cats. Doug has told me once they are gutted I would gain at least 20bhp.

All in all it is a very good car and if I didn’t already have a few other cars then I wouldn’t be even contemplating this.

I am looking for £4200 as I feel that the car is worth every penny.

I have a Brand new Mercedes C class and my Audi is a better car in every way. If it does go it will be a sad day.

If you need to know more then please don’t hesitate to phone me on 07947708900.

I have tried to be as honest as I can, but the only way to know is to come and see.

A very nice looking car!

I've got a 1.9TDi Avant in the same colour and love it (not quite as high a spec as yours, but not far off); it's a 99 'T' and I can't see me selling that either, despite having newer and faster cars at my disposal.

Looking at yours; don't sell it (unless you have to) - you'll regret it!

I know what you mean but I have too many cars at the moment and I would like to finish my CQ this year if possible, if I can sell the A6 it will free up enough cash to sort that car out and maybe clear some bills.
