Default This is cheap is'nt it?

An '88 MB with only 86k miles on it for £5,500....

Audi : Audi UR quattro - MB Engine, Torshen Diff Model

Bit cheap isn't it? If it is this price and a genuine car, it's a bloody good buy in my opinion!

Price seems very good and I can't fault the car from the pictures or description. Non-sunroof c/w air-con too. Owner seems to be an enthusiast so I'm perplexed why the price is in line with a run-of-the-mill WR.

Something about the engine requiring set-up needs clarification though.......

which is unusual in itself, a sunroof was standard fitment. Could have been a special order

Question of ignorance here.....

I've never studied the MB engine and although I know the difference with the turbo, is there anything else in that engine bay picture which absolutely confirms it's an MB? I'm not suggesting it's a WR, I'm just curious to know if there's an obvious difference when the bonnet is open without looking down at the turbo?

Also, when the sunroof become standard rather than optional?
