etka shows IMO two part numbers described as Air Flow Meter, dependant on chassis number

035 133 471 L >>85-G-144 745

and

035 133 471 E >>85-G-144 746

each without onboard computer

The fuel metering valve is coming up as numerous p/n's but not resembeling what you have posted.
