Aye all crank journels should be ground then new bearings, for rods and for main caps, tbh only a bottom end rebuild, unless top end is playing up at all?
Once engine apart you could assess for wear in the cylinders to find out if they need reboring, but if they do then its getting into big money for oversize pistons
