I can claim, but the last time I had some sh*t sent (early headlamp surrounds)that were bin fodder, Paypal made me return them.....so I had to pay return shipping and after I had to pay the Canadian import duty when they came into Canada (which I never got back) I was quite out of pocket.
My only revenge was a put a HUGE value on the return package so I hope he had a nice bill to pay to get them back!
I get right p*$$ed off with the way people on ebay neglect to mention how poor condition some items are.
The headlight surrounds had a cracked reflector that the seller kindly hid by taking a photograph with the sun shining on it.....but thats another story........
Anyhow ,I am off on vacation so it will all have to wait a week....
